Wow, a small window for this? Lived in 5 countries, including Israel twice where I studied Hebrew and volunteered in the Israeli Military. Also studied a bunch of other languages. Currently studying social & cultural anthropology at university.

Likes:

Culture, good food, traveling, music, shawarma, pomegranates, eggplant, hummus, interesting people, my laptop, Star Trek, Family Guy, interesting people, interesting places, halva, chocolate, coffee, sleeping, hanging out with nice people, a job well done but above ALL: Learning something new & interesting.

Dislikes:

Ignorance, ignorance, ignorance. Prejudice (aka opinions founded on ignorance), anti-semitism, Noam Chomsky, Edward Said (etc etc), as well as... cats, cheesecake, finding out my jeans have stopped fitting, rap & rnb "music", cold weather, bad food, noisy people, deep water, closed spaced (I'm claustrophobic), but most of all: People who refuse to accept knowledge and choose to live their lives passing judgments based on ignorance.

Alan Dershowitz must be given credit for The Case for Israel, which should be made into mandatory reading for every human being, Bernard Lewis is a genius as well, and others.
